In a continued show of goodwill and institutional cooperation, the Chief Executive Officer of Brighter Future Academy Syndicate, Abu Bakarr Bangura, has donated a brand-new laptop computer to the management of Hope Times Newspaper.

The presentation, which took place at the Brighter Future Academy Syndicate   Office, was made on the basis of the longstanding and cordial relationship between the two institutions. According to Mr. Bangura, the donation forms part of the Syndicate’s commitment to supporting institutions that contribute to national development, particularly the media, which plays a critical role in public awareness and democratic governance.

Receiving the donation, the Chief Executive Officer of Hope Times Newspaper, Yusuf Ibrahim Kamara, expressed sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Brighter Future Academy Syndicate. He described the gesture as a significant contribution toward strengthening media operations and enhancing the quality of journalism.

Mr. Kamara emphasized that the donation should not be viewed merely as a result of the relationship between the two institutions, but rather as a demonstration of collective responsibility and mutual support.

“This is a great move towards the development of the media. It is not only because of the relationship we share, but part of helping one another to grow and contribute meaningfully to society,” he stated.

He further noted that this is not the first time Brighter Future Academy Syndicate has supported Hope Times Newspaper. About two years ago, the institution donated a brown MiFi device, which greatly improved internet connectivity and enabled journalists to work more efficiently in the interest of responsible and timely journalism.

Adding her voice, the Finance Manager of Hope Times Newspaper, Isatu Bai Kamara, also expressed profound appreciation to the management and staff of Brighter Future Academy Syndicate. She described the donation as timely and impactful, noting that such support reduces operational challenges and enhances productivity within the media house.

Madam Kamara assured the donors that the laptop would be properly managed and utilized strictly for official purposes, particularly in news production, financial documentation, and administrative work to further strengthen the institution.

The management of Hope Times Newspaper reaffirmed its commitment to professionalism and responsible journalism, while both institutions expressed optimism that the existing relationship would continue to grow stronger for the benefit of education, media development, and national progress.
