Bai Mamound Bangura to Launch The BMB Foundation in Freetown

Bai Bamound Bangura, a respected statesman and the proactive Organizing Secretay of the All People’s Congress (APC) party, is set to officially launch the BMB Foundation at a grand event to be held at the prestigious Bintumani Conference Hall in Freetown on the 26th July 2025.
The BMB Foundation is envisioned as a platform for sustainable leadership, youth empowerment, and national development, reflecting Bangura’s enduring commitment to public service and transformational leadership. After years of dedicated service within the Glorious APC, Mr. Bangura through this organization he will be the next generation of leaders through mentorship, civic engagement, and community development initiatives under the foundation.
The launching of the BMB Foundation is expected to bring together prominent figures from across the political spectrum, civil society, academia, and international partners, symbolizing a proactive approach to nation-building. The Foundation aims to address some of Sierra Leone’s most pressing issues, including youth unemployment, leadership training, and civic responsibility.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Bai Mamound Bangura stated, “This Foundation is a dedication service to the people of this country and my beloved Party (APC) and this foundation is not about me but about people especially the youth of this country. It is about creating opportunities, nurturing responsible leaders, and contributing meaningfully to the future of our beloved Sierra Leone.”
