HOPE TIMES WINS BEST PRINT MEDIA INSTITUTION AWARD

Hope Times Newspaper has been named Best Print Media Institution of the Year at the 8th Edition of the Bai Bureh Service Delivery Awards 2025, held in Port Loko City.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Executive Director of the Bai Bureh Service Delivery Awards, Amb. Unisa Totti Fofanah emphasized the importance of celebrating individuals and institutions while they are alive and actively contributing to national development. He noted that the awards seek to promote a culture where even modest but meaningful contributions are recognized and encouraged. Through its consistent professionalism, Hope Times has earned national recognition among leading institutions across the country.

The award ceremony was held under the theme “Fostering Development Through Service Excellence Recognition.” The event also marked the graduation of young participants who completed a 16-week intensive capacity-building training program while bringing together key stakeholders at the Port Loko District Council Hall on 13 December 2025.

Receiving the award, CEO of Hope Times Newspaper, Yusuf Ibrahim Kamara, expressed appreciation to the organizers and reaffirmed the newspaper’s commitment to ethical and impactful journalism. He described the gold trophy as a genuine and merit-based recognition of the institution’s dedication to public service.
